- Free of charge is available for manuscript submission.
- Authors will be charged a publication fee upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee covers all aspects of post-acceptance processing*, including article management, article production, and the online journal services.
- The publication fee does not include manuscript editing and proofreading, which are handled by third-party providers.
